Project based quilting workshop!
A different approach to making a quilt.
In this 4-week workshop, you will learn to follow a pattern that is not block based! You will be making a lap size quilt (51"x 55").
You will be making the whole quilt from start to finish. You will learn about using a template, cutting with a rotary cutter and ruler, chain piecing and pressing techniques. We will also cover how to pin baste and how to quilt your project. As well as the technique for binding your project.
Basic sewing machine skills required.
The workshop cost includes ALL the materials.
- The workshop will be held at Craft De Ville, 2065 rue Parthenais, Studio 274A, Montreal.
- The workshop will be a total of 12 hours (4 x Saturday mornings 9am to noon).
